Title: Text And Epwing Dictionary Reader

I want a dictionary like Zten that can read standard EPWING files and text files. None of the dictionaries I've found can read simple text files. Or I don't know how to write the correct format dictionary.

If someone helps me I can give everyone a great Japanese dictionary.

I hear there is a program made by RozPhonix. Does anyone know anything about this?
