Title: Slow Ftp To Cf Ext2 Partition?

When I ftp (Filezilla) to the FAT32 partition on my CF card (fdisk type=0b) I get transfer rates of about 500kB/sec.

But when I do it to the linux partition (fdisk type=83) I only get transfer rates of about 12 or 13 kB/sec.
