Title: Dosbox Sometimes Hangs
Post by: scoutme on December 27, 2004, 07:14:38 pm
Am I the only one having x disconnected from input while using dosbox?
Every time it happends, I have to remove and reinstall sdl-net, since on rebooting the relative i-nodes are removed - those responsible for linking the /mnt/card installation of the library on the / fs

Where did you get dosbox from? Did you have to build it yourself, if so can I have a copy?

Thanks.

How do I know what the required libs/dependancies are?

Thanks,

dq

Edit: nevermind, I found the description of each package in a file there called "Packages". The real question is why are these files not shown on the IPK feed (http://www.pdaxrom.org/ipk_feed.php)? There is nothing on the site that provides a link to that mirror you gave me.

thanks again,

dq

When you download the rom there is a link stat states you should only use the mirror1 and also the "feed changes" pinned to the forum.

Ah, yes but I'm running 1.0.5. Should I be running a different version?

I'm having problems with the sound in Dosbox. If I upgraded would this get fixed?

bleagh -- sorry for such offtopic...

but it would be wonderful if the gui package manager would show you how much
space is left  onthe target for installation -- and how much space you have selected for install (ie: how much space each app takes + total) ..

I think the OZ installer shows both, but I know it shows at least the size left.
