Is it out there? And what emulators are available?

I tryed to compile FPSE once but it return a lot of errors complaining about not being able to use -fmakedep and lots of functions ... Btw I think I can't go any farther with my current c/c++ knowledge so some developpers out there have to get interrested into it to get it to work (btw, FPSE have been ported to winCE pdas and works well with them)

Oh yea, that is right, but I am currently selling all of my PDAs to make enough money to buy the C3000.

just bought myself a C3000 too (still have to update my profile just received it today) and will try to compile FPSE for it too but I don't think i'll be able to do it as it's not made for Qtopia and I dont think I have the knowledge to do it either (gpu emulation of FPSE requires X11 libraries)

Just a guess, but you'd probably need to mix FPSE with FPSECE (for Windows CE). Taking the GPU part from FPSECE would be alot easier, as it uses GAPI, which is basically writing directly to the framebuffer. The ARM optimisations would be very usefull too, as the first release with no ARM opt. wasn't playable on anything but a 624MHz PXA-270 X-Scale PPC (The PXA-270 clocked at 312MHz out performs a PXA-255 at 400MHz). I'm guessing that the UI stuff from FPSE would be easier to port than the Windows CE UI though.
