Hey All
I looked all over on the OZ WebSite and didn't see anything about changing the file names after I downloaded the ROM software... So I just loaded my CF card and tried it but it only loads for about 8 sec. then stops ... When Booted it hangs in a loop asking for Magic Bitmask something, something...
So what do I rename them...
Also when I get it loaded is there a Gnome window to start out with??? Is a GUI Program loader setup??? What files do I need to get Wi-Fi and Bluetooth running???
I'm doing this on my SL5000 that had the Older Cacko ROM and all the ROM and Software on my SD card. But want to go X11 on it.
Also those that are running this ROM how does it BOOT the first time, if both your memory cards are taken out as they say on the WebSite, does the init rerun to load the ROM and Software on the SD or CF cards???
I've been out of the Loop for a while, and just gotten back into, because the Cacko ROM works so well for me, but I'd like to try out X11.
Thanks!!!
Brad

If you flash the GPE image you wont have to worry about removing cards on the first boot after you flash, I believe that was a problem with the Opie image from 3.5.1

I had put the switch back to "normal Operation" before pressing C & D & Reset and do remember to take the CF card out when you reboot after flashing.
