Summary
We need to make the title tags more meaningful.

This one has been emailed me a couple times.  I'm commiting a test version to CVS now and will put it on the ELSI in a couple minutes.

This'll just make the titles of the pages more informative.  Unless anyone has any objections, I'm considering this task complete for now.

This is going to be my last update for this week.  I have to go home this weekend, so on Monday I'll begin the 'File Upload' task.  That is the most important one and I needed to do smaller tasks to get back in the groove first.

I'll update you guys (for those that are actually care) when I start the File Uploads task.
