Woah! I had no idea there was a flash player for the Z >_> I just installed it on my 5500 (sharp rom), but it closes after I try and open a file =( Is it possible to get this working under the default sharp rom?

EDIT: Found some more info translated from qflashplayer homepage

It is the swf file viewer which is made the on the basis of the GPL Flash library of the QFlashPlayer Olivier Debon work.   Functionally it seems like per Flash 3.  The qflashplayer madplay  (please search with the ZSI) it installs, sound (the mp3) it comes  out.  If you compare to those of the time before, some sound being cut off is improved.  It makes the plug in for the netfront, it did, but  it is because the instability * license is not well recognized,  temporarily secret.
I've installed madplay but it still doesn't like this SWF, maybe because the swf was made with a much later version of flash than flash 3, oh well.

if you install the ipkg the plugin are installed, but you'll have to move /usr/local/lib/firefox-1.0/plugins/flashstuff.so to the plugins directory of your firefox.

er.... how do you test it? so far all I can accomplish is to install it
run firefox and get a missing plugin message on flash test pages....

it means you didn't put the .so file in the right firefox plugind directory

If you installed firefox in your sd card, you'll have to look for real installation in /mnt/card/usr/lib/firefox/etc etc etc....

I can regularly see flash embedded in web pages, so don't give up

I tried it with http://eclectech.co.uk/images/idcards.swf (http://eclectech.co.uk/images/idcards.swf) and it could render the video and play the audio, but the audio played too quickly and the video too slowly so it was hopelessly out of step.  Oh well - perhaps it's a later version Flash animation again?

put libnpflash.so into your actual firefox plugins dir.

for me it was in /mnt/card/usr/lib/firefox/lib/firefox-1.0/plugins, so I expect yours to be the same, without /mnt/card at the beginning if you installed firefox in the internal flash ( / ).

Let me know
