Title: Libgtkstylus Has Been In Official Debian Archive

It emulates mouse right click in all GTK+ 2.x based applications (including mozilla familly).

Armel binary is not available now. It is in the building queue 139th currently.

Can't it be something universal ... why stick to GTK ...?

It is an GTK+ plugin.
Toolkits other then GTK+ is difficult to use this plugin.
