Same person is also reporting the lack of a shortcut for the keyboard backlight adjustment, (a shortcut was demonstrated on: https://jmcomms.com/2019/10/04/hands-on-wit...mpression=true) (https://jmcomms.com/2019/10/04/hands-on-with-the-planet-computers-cosmo-communicator-virtually-ready-to-ship-to-original-backers/amp/?__twitter_impression=true)).
Some other chap on the same thread has suggested sending bug reports to Planet.
Both seem like Cosmo specific bugs to me, bit of a bummer, but hopefully fixable soon.

The keyboard brightness adjustment was also shown in yesterday's interview with Planet, so it's supposed to work.
But yeah, all of these look like software issues because it's just the first sw release. I'm confident sw updates will fix the bugs.
