Also, I have a Garmin GPS III+ with a defective display (maybe 20% of the LCD lines are dead). It works fine and is quite useable as is, but the display can be tough for some to read. Perfect for connecting to a PDA. This model has a quadhelix antenna and gets great reception compared to units with patch antennas (the eTrex line).
