Cosmo Communicator - General Discussion / Broken Cosmo, please help

good day,
my cosmo is not responding to anything. if it is charging, only the red indicator light and the welcome cosmo text are on, then it goes out, it does not respond to pressing ESC and volume UP, nor to ESC itself. I don't know how to proceed.
