Well, if you'd not provided a screenshot I might not have believed you but I can't pull off the the same trick no matter what. I've tried it on both the c3000 and c3100, each time with no other programs running (other than openbox, matchbox and X of course) and the furthest I have got is to the inbox screen but I've never got as far as viewing an email before Firefox crashes. It normally crashes after logging in, before the inbox comes up whilst it says 'Loading...' in the top right. I have tried resetting and then going straight into FF but it made no difference.
Both my Z's have 250MB swap partitions- how much do I need to check my e-mail?
What we're really waiting for is someone to port Nokia's latest OSS browser or an updated gpe-minibrowser to pdaX

Strange - I have the beta2 running on my C3000 has been running for months (various fixes and hacks from meanie etc..). I was able to view Google Mail for all that time. Until this week - now every time I try to access my mail account Firefox crashes. I had recently installed GbookMarks but even when I uninstalled it the problem persists. So the question is - has Google mail changed?
Doh!! It was me - I also had installed gplflash this week (vain hope to get flash sites working) but guess what - when I remove it Google mail does'nt crash.Regarding Firefox 2 - there has been some talk on the ([a href=\"https://www.oesf.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=21898&pid=151551&st=97]forum[/url]https://www.oesf.org/forums/index.php?showtopic=21898&pid=151551&st=97) about getting it complied - heres hoping.
