Archos forum / Need Help

Um idk if this has been posted before but Windows does not add music to my Archos anymore. Sometimes nothing even happens and sometimes it will tell me  thatt the Windows Media Encoder or something like that has a problem and Windows Media Player needs to be closed how do i fix this? Should i uninstall Windows altogether?
