Mac Issues / compiling on a Linux-Mac ?

I have been able to partially set up cross compiling on my Mac running Panther and X Code.  I can do command line compiles but the GUI (Qtopia) stuff is not working yet.  I am hacking on the makefile and trying to get it to install properly.  Here is a URL with the instructions on setting up cross compiling on a Mac.
