hi,  running OZ 3.5.1 on a 5600.  using prboom-opie.  finally got it to load but i have two questions:

can i rotate the screen?

the one on the slidrulez homepage is for the older, compat libs.  tried to complie it for native OZ and i get software vs. hardware FP compile time errors.

using OZ on a 5600.  sound comes out all garbled and staticy.  any help is appreciated.

you know.. I don't remember.
install it, It should be pretty obvious. raise one of the low value multipiers and the clock speed will say 471--then tell it to to make the change. I've been using the modified battery applet from externe.net/zaurus on my 6k for a few months (sharprom not OZ yet though)

thx, i see. my 5600 hangs whenever i up any one of those values.  not sure what that means.

qclockchange used to be in the oz/opie feed.  not  sure what you use for gpe.

i see one/some in the downloads section (got a 5600, PXA 250) but they all have the cache bug workaround disabled.  is there a way to get 471 MHz without disabling that?

Hi. got a 5600 and i got the mencoder options down (vbitrate=112 -ofps 15 seems to work ok) for 4:3 dvds but how do i encoded widescreen or 16x9 so the screen doesnt look squashed? any help is appreciated.

I had it working..though I think i might have been using the 55 version on a 56....
I no longer own my 56, and so can't replicate and ttest, but I assure you it does work (I was using watapon rom 1.4 btw)

thx for the response.  yeah 5500 works (choppy) on my 5600.  wondering if anyone's using the xscale optimized one on a 5600 and how they encoded the videos.

bought it cause i liked the 5500 version, but the 5600 (xscale) vers gives an invalid codec error...
