For Sale / Wanted / Trade: Mint Dell Axim X50v For Zaurus Device

I am looking for a Zaurus SL-1000, 3000, or 3100 device and rather than purchase one outright I wanted to see if anyone would be interested in trading theirs for my MINT Dell Axim X50v plus cash.

I have a Dell Axim X50v that has had a screen protector on it since day 1 and is in MINT condition (really you can't even tell it has been used). I will also include a Sena leather case or an Aluminum hard case, the choice is yours. This is a 3.7 inch VGA Pocket PC running Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition (can be upgraded to Windows Mobile 5.0 too) that includes integrated WiFi and Bluetooth along with 128MB ROM and 64MB RAM. The processor is an Intel 624MHz model. The X50v also has an Intel 2700G graphics processor. The package includes the manual, AC adapter and cradle as well.

Accessories / ZUG forum members saved the day

I was having the exact same problem as caspian did with his Ambicom CF WiFi card where the light kept blinking, but a connection could not be made. See this thread,
https://www.oesf.org/forums/inde...4758&hl=ambicom, for the details. I tried every setting known to man and was about to give up and sell my 760 if I couldn't get it going wirelessly. Thankfully, maslovsky provided a link to this site, http://linux.junsun.net/intersil-prism/ , where I found the directions to reflash the card.  I performed the steps on my Windows 2000 computer and everything went smoothly.  My firmware was quite a few versions below the ones I found to download so I was hopeful.

I inserted the card and only had to enter the SSID to get a connection and now I am extremely happy with the device and am next goin to work on getting my Bluetooth card up and running.  Thanks for this awesome site where I was able to find the necessary answers.  Without the ZUG forums I would be completely lost.

pjlasky, hotnikks and I worked out a deal a couple days ago where he gets my UX50, extended battery and 256MB Sony MemoryStick Pro for his 760.  It worked out well for us since I was looking to get a Z and had a setup he was looking for as well.
