Zaurus - pdaXrom / Maybe......there Is A Bug..

First of all,I have to say sorry for my foor English,I hope you can understand
I have Fresh Installed Pdaxii3 sally and upgraded to V2 by using"ipkg update&upgrade" And I found an interesting bug.(maybe)
1, open the "Look and Feel" panel
2, set the Marchbox panel size smaller than 36px
3, add some applet or launcher to your marchbox panel
4, then,Rotate your screen,
5,you will find something interesting happened,the icon of launcher on the marchbox panel become SO BIG.....

I've reflashed PDAXii3 some many times,but this BUG is still there,Maybe this bug ONLY Available on my Z

I'll put some pictures about this problem later

When I see "About"

There is an information about SSL
"SSL support was NOT compiled"

same problem with the lastest pidgin. Then i have installed pidgin 2.0.2 from akirose http://akirose.tistory.com/tag/pidgin and it works perfectly

Hello Everyone,I've got a problem,
I'm Using Akita,I upgraded my Pdaxii13 (Sally) to Pdaxii13v2 by using "ipkg update & ipkg upgrade",and it works great,(thanks meanie and kkazakov)
But yesterday ,I installed the Pidgin by using Package manager,and it said that I need to install "SSL Library"
So I have installed the following package from the feed step by step


libtasn1_0.3.8_armv5tel.ipk
libgpg-error_1.5_armv5tel.ipk
libgcrypt_1.2.4_armv5tel.ipk
gnutls_1.6.1_armv5tel.ipk


then reboot

when I run pidgin again,It saids that I still have to install SSL Library

Is there someone tell me that what should I do?

Zaurus - pdaXrom / Installing Rox To Pdaxii13 Base

I found that I really don't need everything in pdaXii13 full so i went for base instead. I do like rox however, but I can't get it to run.
After installing rox, rox-session and the missing dependecies gnome-vfs, dbus & dbus-glib I get the following error when I try to run rox:

/usr/apps/ROX-Filer/Linux-armv5tel/ROX-Filer: relocation error: /usr/lib/libgnomevfs-2.so.0: undefined symbol: g_thread_pool_set_sort_function

I guess there has been some version mismatch. Anyone know how to grab the right ones?

you installed libraries from the pdaxiiv2 feed without first upgrading your install to pdaxiiv2

to fix it, simply run ipkg upgrade

this would upgrade you to pdaXii13v2 (build 5.5.0). if you want to remain on build 5.4.9, then you will need to reinstall those packages you added, but from the pdaxii13 custom feed
