Goldwave is the business!!!
Am relistening to all of the Wheel of Time and Game of Thrones series before I read the latest books, both arrived the same day - damn you amazon, now I have to decide which to read first!!!
there is an option in mplayer -ss hh:mm:ss to play from a specific point, just need to figure out a reliable way to capture the last listened to point.
I went through the motions of dowmloading and setting up all ter bits for PyQPlayer http://pyqplayer.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/b...qPlayerDownload
only to actually read the screen and find that the actual player download is not there yet!QuoteThe way I get around this on my Sl-6000 is to break up the file into smaller "Chapters". At first, I actually found the book' schapter break points, but that took too much time. Now, I just use Goldwave, which has an option to break up into files of X:XX length automatically.[div align=\"right\"][a href=\"index.php?act=findpost&pid=99910\"][{POST_SNAPBACK}][/a][/div]
