Now thats interesting. I had the following happen to me running 1.23 cacko on 750.

i was interchanging wifi and cf cards and allof a sudden....the cf was recognised (or rather not recognised as hddx)when i clicked on this i find garbage as the contents of my cf card. Thinking i had corrupted it...I checked in a card reader and then rebooted the Z. All was fine. Im thinking the same happened to you.....and as the 3000 boots of the Hd? you find yourself in trouble....

The previous post seems spot on.....if you can check your mounts and then download a fresh c3000 image to ur md....and then reflash.

Zaurus - pdaXrom / Dosbox Configuration...frontier

I have been playing with dosbox in Cacko....and i was surprised that i can almost......not quite...get a playable Frontier Elite2 working.....how is the performance in pdaXrom? Do I need to use keyhelper to map Function keys. How are mouse click and hold handled (i.e. for steering)

I would be most appreciative of any advice.

zx81....16k ram pack....(not so impressive i hear you say?)...running x3 reunion.

in regards to amiga emulator....I managed to play "neuromancer" ....without too many problems, but unfortunately for sheer polish the snes emulator is head and shouldersabove anything I could achieve with tha amiga emulator...if the speed and the mouse could be sorted it`d be great to play "player manager' one of the best soccer management games ever.

I experimented with the amiga emulator on both pdaxrom and xqt. runs pretty well...has trouble with frontier hehe...*little too slow but the main problem is the  cursor calibration that makes using the mouse almost impossible ......any solutions?

Cracked the screen on my beloved 750 and am really missing it. So strolled down to my local PC depot in Japan, thinking of picking up a lowly 860....love the slim form factor compared to 1000...there it was for $400.

    HOWEVER...strolling a little further I was blown away by the presence of the Sony Vaio PCG-C1MHP at $600. For those of you who dont know...XP...256MB...30GB HD...crusoe 866? processor Bluetooth. Video in Out etc.

What do I do...?

problem....love listening to mp3 and books playing snes. Also a teacher...so keeping grades...writing reports etc...sometimes making tests worksheets  

This is tough!

Software / Snes9x... No Startup At All

good job

make sure your snes9x is in your /home/Qtpalmtop/bin/ directory and the zemufeex "etc" entry is the same.

then zeemufex should find the file and run in full screen landscape mode.

I dont know about running in portrait....but there are command line options that you can use.....you definately dont need zemufex to do this. Im sure they are posted in this forum somewhere....

you need to

su
chmod 777 /usr/bin/snes9x

then start zemufex and hey presto all should be ok

ps make sure you got all the sdl libraries( check the forum)
