General Discussion / Syncing

I loaded up the software on my Windoze 2k server and grabbed everything out of Outlook. Since the first grab, I can no longer syncronize. I have played with the TCP/IP USB settings, but there\'s really not that much to work with.
What I would like to do is have my assistant run outlook on her Windoze workstation and make changes to an outlook calendar. While I can certainly sync with a cradle I would prefer to sync via my wireless lan card.
Any suggestions for syncing? I can\'t imagine what went south after the initial sync.
