Angstrom & OpenZaurus / Touchscreen Not Working On 860

I installed the latest OZ and GPE ROM(s) on my 860 and I cannot get the touch screen to work when it asks me to calibrate (or any other time).  Touchscreen works fine under pdaxrom.  Anyone else have similar experiences?

Zaurus - pdaXrom / A Problem Of Gnumeric

Since RC5 (maybe?) I have noticed that each time I install Gnumeric, it won't load and gives an error - IF I use the icon.  However, if I jump to the shell and start it from the CLI and works fine.  From that point on, the icon works fine too.  It's almost like it needs something in your home dir or is "settles" out some library locations or something like that.  I have seen this with other apps too.

I'm having troubles installing http://zaurus.spy.org/feeds/jedhead/rox-th...3d_icons.tar.gz 

Does anyone managed to have it installed?

I have to be honest, I haven't tested that one but have the others.  I can't seem to get it to extract and cannot determine what format it is actually compressed in.  I re-visited the site where I grabbed them originally and had the same problem.  You can get the actual icons here:

and manually add them to ROX.  TO do this, right-click on the icons you wish to change in the default theme and choose "Set Icon".

I am going to pull them from the theme site until I can get this issue resolved.  Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

Look for more themes and HowTos on making themes in the near future.

ROX icon themes are not in the "other" section, but in the "icons" one.

Need to correct the wiki

Zaurus = Linux PDA = Open Source options = Choice.  Freedom of choice.  

I bought a CL860 FOR PdaXRom and ditched the default rom in the first hour and never looked back.  That's my story.  Yours may be different.  That's the beauty.

RC9, Rox for the desktop, Gorilla Rox theme, mb-alt theme for MatchBox, etc.

simply install the ipkg in the feed (maybe in unstable feed, I cannot remember). You need both gnome icon theme and gnome mime types data packages.
Then right click in ROX, select Options, and change the theme

Actually, I suppose that works, but 90% of the icons are missing.  After doing some digging I was finally able to find some Rox themes in the "Other" section of this site:

Gorilla and Industrial are both there.

Themes, Icons, and Backgrounds / 30+ 640x480 Landscape Wallpapers

I took several of my favorite wallpapers and "re-formatted" them for my z... Feel free to grap as many as you like from here:

30 Zaurus Wallpapers

I discovered that the best settings are 640x480, 256 colors, and indexed - not RGB.

These wallpapers were "made" with landscape in mind...

Also, these are NOT my originals, so if any of the original artists prefer I not post them, I will be glad to remove them - just ask.  Most are Linux / anime / etc.

Zaurus - pdaXrom / Ethereal...

Anyone know where to get ethereal ipks?  I used to have it installed but cannot remember where I got the files.  The newer screenshot on http://www.pdaxrom.org has ethereal running.  Just thought I would check.  Thanks!
