Turns out I had a faulty cable - it all seems fine now. They replaced it no problems

I need a cable diagram for a USB to SL-5500 connector if anyone has one.

I purchased one of these and it does not sync - the charging works OK however. Is there any chance of you tracing the cable layout on it for me as I suspect the wiring is incorrect on mine
