Angstrom & OpenZaurus / Ho To Use The Translation Of Gpe?

Hi,

is there any possibilty to make use of the translation of the gpe-programms (for example: gpe-calendar-locale-de) in OZ 3.5.3/gpe-image?

What I have installed so far:

1) locale-base-de-ch-iso-8859-1
2) all gpe-translations like gpe-today-locale-de

But after restarting the Zaurus (Hard-Reset) I only can choose "English" as Language in the gpe-login-interface. What must I do to get the option "German"?

Hi,

I installed Opie 1.1.3 from http://opie.handhelds.org/feed/openzaurus/...1.3/SL5xxx/gcc2 on top of OpenZaurus 3.3.5 from http://www.openzaurus.org/official/unstabl...500+SL5000/ipks on my SL5500.

My problem: qpe (and also opie-login) is linked against libgcc_s.so.1:

# ldd /opt/QtPalmtop/bin/qpe

        [...]

        libgcc_s.so.1 => not found

        [...]

AFAIK libgcc_s.so.1 isn\'t provided by any package from OZ 3.3.5 nor Opie 1.1.3. Does anybody know a package containing libgcc_s.so.1?
