While scanning, I get one that says its a no SSID - Probe.
What is a Probe?

Can you be traced while using kismet?
Just curious.  I was scanning around my house and dont want to piss off any of my neighbors.

I\'m a newbie to the Linux and Zaurus world.  I\'m looking for any help, links or books to get me started installing programs like wellenreiter II and Kisnet, any programs from the command line into my Zaurus.

Thanks for all the help guys.  I finally got it to work.  It was a settings issue.  (Damn Newbies).  Now all I have to do is get Kismet up and running. :shock:

I just got a Zaurus SL5600.  I picked up a Netgeat MA701 CF card and I cant seem to get the 5600 to notice it.  I have a Linksys BEFW11S4 wireless router and I cant get any thing form the card.

Any ideas?
