5x00 General discussions / Folding Paper Cradle

Thanks doseas, that is nearly the same, but not the exact one I recall, and may work fine.  I need to pack something that would work as a quick display easel or for typing on my external keyboard.

A couple of years ago I remember someone making a templeate for a cradle made out of stiff paper.  If anyone remembers it or saved the template please let me know thanks.  I now have a use for a travel cradle that does not take up much space.

I stayed at a Courtyard Hotel last week in California  that had free wi fi,  it was great.  It even connected from the parking lot.  I\'ll do some research on Hotels in the Marietta area and see if any have wi fi available and maybe they will let us use the breakfast lobby, meeting room, or bar for a users group meeting.  We really do need to get together.  BTW?  Doesn\'t Kennesaw State have wi fi on the campus?  is it free?

Cxx0 Hardware / Battery from my 5500

I\'m sure you all have read that the 760 comes with the extended battery and large cover, and possibly that the small battery from the 5500 will work.    I\'ll mention this because I was never really sure if the 5500 battery would work from reading all the posts without modification, but it fits great and the included cover for the standard ( small 5500 battery ) battery allows the entire unit to be much smaller.  I also picked up a spare at Office Depot (clearance for $13) so when I want it as small as possible I use the small battery and cover, fits more compactly in the pocket.  The extended battery cover is not one of those accessories you will want to carry around unless well protected, it would snap quite easily, so If you are going to need the extended battery you should probably leave it on.

Boston / SL-C760 purchase

Has anyone ever attempted a group buy from dynamism?  I might give them a call about it.  Since the ZUG is started, at least some groups might be able to assemble several potential buyers from the same area.
