Angstrom & OpenZaurus / Ko/pi Ka/pi Syncing With Kde Pim Apps
« on: May 16, 2005, 10:30:12 pm »
Ok Ive installed 3.5.3 on my c860. I also installed ka/pi and ko/pi from the feed. I run kde 3.4 on gentoo and im trying my best to get this syncing working.  Trying to use kitchensync to do the syncing.

Here is what i have got working so far.

From my desktop i can sync and pull the resource files from the zaurus it syncs and adds any new contacts ect ... then it goes to put the synched file back on the zaurus it writes empty files for both the calander and addressbook files. of course this causes the deletion of all contacts for ko/pi on the zaurus and it shows empty, and for ka/pi the empy file causes it to crash.

So can anyone help me out here?

Okay, I'm lying, I'd want the 4" screen of the iPAQ 7400, but otherwise it looks amazing.

Cheers

where is the thumb board? to me thats a major feature of the clamshells

the storage upgrade is nice but i would rather have had another cf slot under the battery cover so you can have a 4 gb cf card "internal"  then you can  replace it or upgrade it as you like. and of course the integrated wifi would have been a plus but only for us here in the us market i suppose.

but if i could get all those features in clamshell id be all over it especially at that price ... but probabbly only if it ran linux.
