Experiencing the same problem with my C860 pdaXrom, I'v just restored my backup NAND (Official Sharp) in order to check if the Flash Adj would be back to factory settings (i.e 4.2V).
Unfortunately : NO !!
Next step : the fridge trick !!
(I hope that letting my battery in the fridge during the night will increase the voltage output)
