6000 - Tosa / Run Java Applets in Opera

Can someone explain just what has to be edited in the .appletviewer file to allow remote URL's to work?
There wasn't much in there by default, just one as I recall. I changed it's setting but that didn't help. It tells me that only localhost operations are allowed!
I can't verify what that setting is now as I have wedged my Sl-6000 by installing the wrong version of vnc. I will reset it as soon as I get home and attach the AC power cable.
