Ninsei, can you beam files back and forth between the Z and something else? or are you using the IRda port for something else?

How where you able to extract the files from both libvorbis and mplayer? I've tried tar -x, tar -xvf, and other variables but with no luck.

Angstrom & OpenZaurus / symlink or ldconfig

I'm running OpenZaurus 3.5.1 on SL5500, cf card 128, sd card 128. i've installed the 64-0 and moved my /opt, /root, and /home to my sd card. My problem is this, I'll be installing the rest of my programs onto /mnt/card/system. When I symlink the libraries from /mnt/card/system/usr/lib to /usr/lib/ either using symlink by hand or ipkg-link they are gone after reboot. Now I thought maybe I could use /etc/ld.so.config to set up the libraries but that ending out pointless because after reboot they're gone again. Any suggestions? Im using the ipkg-link that was posted here:

I'm not sure about the plugins either, but I do know that Opie-Mediaplayer1 and 2 are not working. Its one of those things that need work on.
