Angstrom & OpenZaurus / BlueTooth +OZ3.2?
« on: August 14, 2004, 04:00:34 pm »
Hi all,

anyone succeeded with BlueTooth on  OpenZaurus 3.2??

I spent several evenings on it without success.
I tried  both  Affix and  BlueZ stacks without success, but also the alternative binary drivers from www.killefiz.de/zaurus

The best so far seemed BlueZ where the kernel module loaded and detected the card, but no hci command succeeded.

Hi have a  5000D, my card is an Ambicom BT2000E.

thanks

Olivier

with the OZ3.2 stock affix the module loads but no message indicates that the card has been recognized and the bt0 entry does not exist!

root@openzaurus> btctl
Affix version: Affix 1.2.6-1
---->>>> Affix Bluetooth Driver control program <<<<----
For help use "btctl -h"

No Bluetooth Adapters found

root@openzaurus> ls /dev/bt0
ls: /dev/bt0: No such file or directory

also, the hwinit script refers to unknown functions
