Hi!

Thanks for your post!

I have been trying all day to get a korean input method on my zaurus 860 but have had no luck.

Ive tried  Q Keyboard which installs, but only block letters are displayed on the keyboard.

What do I need to do to allow for korean input?

Please help if you can!

Hi, im just curios,

how long does the battery last when using the SMC2642 card... as well as other cards...

get this... I purchased an Acrolan  AWL-1100CF here in korea, and it actually works on the Zaurus Cacko Rom - plug and play, BUT the it drains 5% of the battery in 1 minute (NO JOKE!!!!) is this normal? please let me know!  this card is only good if you have the adapter handy in your pocket!!! 5% in 1 minute??? crazy....

apparently it has the same chipset as the SMC2642

anyhow, let me know what kind of drainage you experience...

Hey everyone,

I just found a cool website that you can use to talk to the good folks of www.skype.com

they produce a GREAT voice over IP software for free (like MSN but way better quality)

Anyhow, there is ALREADY a version for Linux and QT!

WOW!

I DID IT!!!!

AFTER READING several posts, I thought,  instead of waisting time SEARCHING for the answer, why not muck around abit! and boom!

I chmod 777 /tmp/ and now mysqlstart works!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Whoooohoo!

Lessons learned, and advice offered: don't give up, all you hardcore linux zaurus newbies! try mucking around abit!

Hi there, I just got an 860, and I installed the cackorom.

But it is pretty barebones vanilla.  It doesnt have many apps installed.  I downloaded the apps for the cacko rom in the user downloads / application system on this website, but they dont seam to install... I have used packagemanager, and a I get a few errors:
