offroadgeek, if possible, can you get a backup of docs.zaurus.com, or the sf.net clone they had?

Apparantly, that was the only source for thekompany\'s rom, and I was hoping to use thier home-on-sd image, which, sadly, I had not downloaded.

Just called up sharp,
They said the \"did not know\" that the site was down, and that they have no ETA as to if it\'s coming back. Supposedly, my concern will be directed to someone higher up on the foodchain.

Wow, I really am speechles here, this is really unfortunate.

well... here\'s more good news... seems as if all mite scum have been abolished. A fellow in #zaurus suggested freezing the Z. Upon defrosting it, I realized three white specs crawling out... needless to say, those buggers have been squished beyond recognition. anyway... heres to a (physically) bug free zaurus!

haha, very funny...
I\'m actually a very clean person, which is why I was damn disgusted about these things. I do have a dog, but she has flea, tick, and mite drops on her.... It wouldn\'t be her fault.

Additionally, i\'ve heard that the space between the touchscreen and the screen itse;f are sealed.. so one would assume that this entered during the manufacturing process. As the system warmed up, the mite may have hatched and walked around.

well, i\'m just going to leave the Z in a ziplock baggie for about 3 weeks... we\'ll see what happens after then.. it should die, as they only have a 2 week or so lifespan.... (Unless the Z has dust in it.. in that case, i\'llhave mite crudall over the screen.)

Called up sharp and they said that the warranty does not cover \"Infestation.\"  It\'s not like there\'s 50 of em walking all over the screen... but I guess one animal crawling into the unit counts as infestation.
Leave to a small bug to mess up my nice new gadget though.....

no, that would be a de-booger

Gah!
This morning, I wake up.. fire up the Z to check news, and I see what appears to be 4 dead pixels. I figure \"great\" now what\'s gonna happen. that morning as I took my chemistry exam I realize that the little thing was moving. Come to find out, it\' a mite of some kind, and it\'s stuck between the digitizer and the screen itself. Additionally, as it walks around, it leaves behind whit specs... these are either a) mite crap  dead pixels, or C) eggs... if anyone is an exterminator, please give me your opinion.

My question:
How can I get rid of this...
Is it hazardous?
Can it bite me?
Can i get sick from it?
Can the Z break from this bugger?
Can it create dead pixels?

so.. is doom playable on a 5500? Does it have multiplayer capabilities?
Also... how difficult would it be to port wolf3d?
