I'm requesting that somebody make a program like AceReader - which is basically a tachistoscope in the style of Dr. Samuel Renshaw. It'd be great.... Thanks for reading this.

I tried everything said in all the forums (all the battery stuff... etc), and none of it worked for me. So I got on IRC and asked about it - someone (I don't remember who) said that they had heard that on the collie only the 64-0 and like one (or perhaps two) other memory distribution configurations worked. So I bought myself a CF reader (woohoo for Christmas money!) and tried re-flashing with the 64-0 file. Viola, it works.

Hey, you guys... I called Sharp this morning, and the guy was very helpful. He didn't even act like I had committed a major evil by trying to use OpenZaurus. Anyway, after I explained to him that I didn't have a CF reader or any way to reflash it, he told me that all he knew of to do would be to send it into them & have them reflash it for me. Of course my next question was $. According to him, No charge.

I bought my 5500 SECOND HAND - there was NO WARRANTY. It seems like Sharp just likes being helpful... or something. Tell me how everything goes....

Just happened to my 5500, using a 128mb Viking CF. I was flashing OZ 3.5.2, and - the lights came on, stayed on for a few minutes... and then I reset & tried powering on, and Nothing.

SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP US!
