Some of you waiting for the Amazon refund may be interested to know that my son had ordered 2 Z's from jpettins.  He received one refund from Amazon the other day--had to call and point out that it is supposed to be for TWO units, purchased in the same transaction.  So, someone is alive (but not functioning very well) in Customer Service....

I would be interested to know how many (tally?) have contacted Amazon.  

My son (Paul) purchased 2, I purchased one.  Paul called Amazon this AM, and was treated pretty well.  I called just a few minutes ago, and asked the rep if she knew of any ongoing investigation of this guy or this incident.  She acted really *dumb* and said she'd make a note of looking into this.  

I assume that, in order to transfer funds to JP Amazon would have more info, more trackable info, on this guy.

Lastly, a comment to Dave Anderson: unless I were Bill Gates, I'd rather not have $300 tied up in something--even if I were sure I'd get it back.  Be nice.
