It\'s sorted now, thanks. I downloaded the latest Intellisync and cracked it.

Accessories / My 5500 accessories that work/not with C760 Sharp rom

I\'ve just bought a Buffalo WLI-CF-S11G for use with my C750. I\'m glad I didn\'t see your post before I bought it or I would have been put off.

It actually works fine although I get frequent problems connecting after I\'ve been using another CF card.  Battery life is reduced but I get about three hours of use out of it on the standard C750 battery.

To overcome the connection problems (it just reports that the network is offline), I\'ve tried switching the Zaurus off and on again. That seems to work sometimes. Or rebooting.  I\'m currently running with \'Connect Automatically\' switched off and getting fewer problems but it\'s a bit early to say whether that\'s the solution or not.

I\'ve been working on this for a couple of days now and making rapid progress to nowhere.

When the Z is plugged in with the USB cable, the PC (WinXP) and the Z can ping each other. I can also net use the Z and browse the files. So they\'re connected OK.

However, the sync software just won\'t play.

Starting a sync from the PC gives a message \"Put the Zaurus in the Docking Station, and click [OK]\". But when I do, it just sits there and does nothing. The OK button stays faded for a few seconds then it enables again.

If I press Cancel, the stupid software gives me a new IP address to use.

Also, File transfer doesn\'t work. After a few seconds of \'Establishing Connection\', I get \'Connection check TERMCMD_ERR_NETWORK_RESPONSE No response from partner.

I\'m using the drivers off the C750 CD and they look fine. I\'m also using the sync software from the 5500.

The XP Firewall is disabled.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
