Zaurus - pdaXrom / New E-book Reader Software
« on: July 26, 2005, 03:44:44 am »
Hello,

your app seem very nice! Simple and clean, with some usefull feature. I hope you'll release soon
I use my zaurus to read gutenberg ebook and various text only manuals.

For the choice of colors, white on black should be the right one since people who want light grey on black can decrease the backlight and save battery.

Zaurus - pdaXrom / Mutt And Locale
« on: March 02, 2005, 05:01:42 pm »
same problem here
xfree430-addon does't solve my problem.

I can use a compose-key to get accents in fltdj-ut8, but when i try to use compose-key in aterm, i got "Cannot set locale".
I've tried fr_FR and iso8859-1 for $LANG and $LC_ALL with no succes.

I would like to use mutt too!

Zaurus - pdaXrom / How Can I Change Default Locale?
« on: February 23, 2005, 04:34:24 am »
I have the same problem. I'm trying to use accents in xterm or aterm, with the Multi_key command.
It works in fltdj (utf8), and not in term. I would like to use a iso8859-9 or iso8859-15 locale in term, but even with exporting $LANG, $LC_ALL and other, it dont work. Any sugestion?

Zaurus - pdaXrom / ratpoison
« on: February 17, 2005, 09:15:07 am »
I've tested ratpoison on the zaurus, it lack of the fn button because the corgi.xmodmap wasn't loaded.
If you want to test it without modifying your .xinitrc, you have to execute this command once ratpoison is started (with CTRL+t !): xmodmap /etc/X11/kb/corgi.xmodmap

Does anybody know how to do a ctrl + right click in pdaxrom? for example to change some settings of the xterm?

ratpoison is my main window manager for two month on my computer, and i'm happy with it. I hardly use my trackball now.

I'm still looking for a web browser usable without a rat, like links/lynx but in graphical. For example a text navigation mode with links numbering in dillo.
