Unfortunately, I bought a WIFI card from them 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. No response to emails or phone calls.

Hope they get up and running again, but I fear the worst.

I had to do one more step and rename /etc/pcmcia/bluetooth.conf (and reboot)
