Angstrom & OpenZaurus / Oz 3.5.3 Upgrade, Now Can't Find My Wireless Card!

Reflash the Z and insert your Wifi card before rebooting for the first time.  That seems to work for me everytime.  Having it on the cradle the first time also seems to make USB networking come up.  If I don't do this, neither interface seems to ever work.
