Thanks for the link!  I just bought a refurb SL-6000 thru Amazon, and it didn't come with the CD either!   I called the vendor who said since it was a sealed box from Sharp it wasn't his problem, and I needed to call Sharp instead.  I called Sharp, and they said they didn't have any copies of the CD to sell me (I didn't want to buy another--just get the one the setup manual said was supposed to be in the box!), and that they would try to get back to me with some kind of answer in 2 to 3 business days.  Thanks to the link above,  I am now a happy camper...  If this level of support and helpfulness is typical of Zaurus owners, this is looking more and more like a GREAT purchase!
