Thx, I just had my friend order me one from the iriver site in America, he'll bring it to me when he comes to Japan in 2 months, along with a gig sd card.

But back to akihabara being disapointing, I've on several occasions not been able to find something, or find that it is much more expensive in akiba, it's strange since I speak Japanese and have been with Japanese people who know the area quite well.

Hey, I was looking at your site, and I saw that you picked up a couple of difference Mini-A usb plugs. One of which was a iRiver one.

I live in Japan and since my last exword has just died, I have decided that I need a dictionary with true writing support to make sure my written Japanese improves.

I was looking at the c1000, until I found out that the nice multimedia dictionary doesn't come with it, making me rather sad. Any comments on this at all?


But now what I really am surprised about was the lack of min-A in Japan. I can not find it anywhere physically. I spent a day walking around Akihabara looking for it and did not find a single store that had it, which you can bet shocked me. Any ideas?

Cresho, you said you're using the 1000 until a new Zaurus comes out, you actually have any reason to believe that there will be one soon? I don't want to buy one now only to see it outdated in a couple of months..

I have searched and found outside references on this forum that people have used ipod minis and such, with the C1000 as the host. Has anyone done this personally?

I am in Japan and am presently trying to choose between the c1000 and the c3000, mostly because I need a replacement Japanese dictionary, but with all aof the added benefits that the Z's give us, I want to make the right choice.

I currently have a Iriver h120, 20 gig mp3 player, and since it has its own power was wondering if I could hook it up to the c1000 as at least one post has led me to believe is possible.


To be clear, I have seen that many resellers give a host cable with the device, but I want to make sure that this is for more than just using an external keyboard etc..
