Gemini PDA - Hardware / Caps lock glitches

Perhaps this is related to the ghosting issue reported earlier.
In Android, when I set caps lock on (fn+tab) and the next keystroke will be alt+tab (e.g. to change the active window), then instead of the window change the caps lock will be set off. The same happens if alt+tab is invoked right after setting the caps lock off (it goes on then). If another key is pressed between the sequences then everything works as it should.
The glitch happens over 90% of time but not always.
Has anybody else experienced it?
