I don't know if this works outside of Opie (since I don't know how to exit Opie then get back in without rebooting ... ), but according to the Unofficial Zaurus FAQ:

"[" = SHIFT + FN + Del

"]" = SHIFT + FN + ,  (comma)

"\" = SHIFT + Tab
