Zaurus - pdaXrom / Porting Pdaxrom To C3000 ... Quite Close But ...

Hello, i have not great skills in devellopment of image for zaurus. but could you just explain me the big step of your work to port the pdaxromm on the z3000 because i don't have a clue about this kind of work. Have you special book or good site that you start with?

I really want to have pdaxrom alone on my zaurus to run open office or firefox, gftp, and other good soft, i have acutally the cacko 3kb1 and i just start to try to cross-compil for my dear SL-C3000.

have you cleaned your partitions before installing the OZ.
If you have save all your data, you can follow the instruction at
http://www.xlfag.com/zaurus/

just follow the step 4 for have good partition.

my error was that i called the pivoboot initrd.img instead of initrd.bin.
It's all!

Hello, for two weeks, i try to install openzaurus on my sl-c3000, but i can try all method i want, i have always the same problem.
When the Z reboot, i have a inode error with jffs2 ” Cannot remove child “zero”, ino #970, because it doesn’t exist”
and few lines before that, i have
“Ramdisk:couldn’t find valid ram disk image sarting at 0″
.
.
“cramfs:wrong magic”

In adition, could you tell me the difference between bootstrap-image and pivotboot-image in the download section for the sl-c3000 of the openzaurus web site

Angstrom & OpenZaurus / Jffs2 Error On Zaurus Sl-c3000

Hello, i flashed my zaurus sl-c3000 and after, i had this last line :
Cannot remove child "stab", ino #5086, because it doesn't exist.

I turned my hdd3 (partition of 3.3GB) into ext3 insted of vfat, does it make a problem for flashing?

Please, help me, i want a debian on my zaurus and nothing else  ;-)
