Hey All,

Hi Neuroshock,

The pleasure is mine and I'm really glad to be in this friendly community. Actually I become greatly affected by all of you ... Last week I tried to know further about Zaurus and found out that SL-C3100 is an interesting stuff.

I have one  best friend in Japan (Osaka) and I was thinking to ask him finding a used one for me. His son just came and visited us last May, I'll try to contact both of them and who knows next month I'll be a Z-User, too?

I wanted to touch base on this trade once it was completed, since the seller was previously unknown on the forums here.

I have recieved the card and it arrived in good condition. I cannot currently verify if it works since none of the bluetooth devices I plan on using with it have arrived yet, but I have no reason to believe that there is anything wrong with it.  He packed the item well, and shipped it in a manner that we could both easily track via the internet. (This is especially nice since we were shipping across national borders.) As for his timeliness, not only did he ship it quickly, but as I said previously he shipped it BEFORE HE EVEN RECIEVED PAYMENT!  His communication was also wonderful throughout the transaction.  He updated me often with PM's and even two phone calls!  Embarassingly enough, I became very sick and was bed-bound for the last two days and was tardy getting the Cashier's Check mailed to him by a few days- so if anything I was the inferior business partner!

As a matter of fact, my only regret regarding him is that he is not a Zaurus user himself- he would make a wonderful addition to the community!  I would not hesitate in the least to deal with him again, and I feel fortunate to have met him and gained a friend in the bargain.

I had decided to buy this card and had already obligated myself to the seller, but I am GREATLY relieved that it WILL indeed work.  I'm usually VERY unlucky with shot-in-the-dark stuff like this, but aoggoodboy seems to be my new good luck charm.

BTW, if anyone is in the market aoggoodboy also has really nice WiFi CF card  for a very reasonable price (IMHO) that he should be posting on this forum soon (if not already.)

Length : 61 mm
Width : 43 mm
Anything else I can do?

Mark: this card work  in Z - there are so many threads about it that you should get it working with any Zaurus distro.

Hi everyone,

I bought a Sandisk Combo CF Wifi (CF Wifi + 128 Mb memory inside) 3 days ago and now I'm going to sell it back because it's not compatible with my Dell Axim X5 (according to Sandisk, it's hardware problem).

I'm asking for a reasonable price, it's US$ 35 or best offer. In Mississauga, Canada (where I live) the price is CAN$120 (Compusmart store). Practically I never use that card (because I can't use it) and the card still has a 3-year warranty (valid until November 2008)

It comes in original package, including Mini CD Driver, PC Adapter (PCMCIA).

The speed is 11 Mb (802.11b), low power, for CF type 1 and PC Card Slot

It was a used one when I bought it but still in good shape. The driver I downloaded it from the internet, but I still keep 1 copy (I can put it a CD and send it to you as well)

Hey all

Im looking to buy a Socket bluetooth CF card or any other fully compatible card for my zaurus SL5600. Im mainly looking for one that doesnt poke out of the CF slot at all or very little. I hate bulk.  If you dont have one for sale but know of a good site I get can one from for cheap in the UK I will be very grateful =)
