Gemini PDA - Android / Missing Lk lk2 and Logo partitions in 8.1. flash update

I'm trying to follow the instructions to get 8.1 on my wifi only gemini and at the same try to get dual boot work to linux - because I could never get that to work right with the 7.1.1 version
Running the windows flash tool.
I set everythng up and it looked good until I just noticed that three of the partitions/areas in the download screen are unchecked - these are lk, lk2 and logo.
The instructions say every section should be checked so I am somewhat nervous to proceed unless this is OK.
If it isn't anyone have a clue why the partitions are not checked. In the 7.1.1 version those three partitions exist.
Obviously I could just copy them across but I can see that going horribly wrong so I'm not enthralled with that idea unless I know its going to be OK
