my error was that i called the pivoboot initrd.img instead of initrd.bin.hello,

you need to choose one rootfs and rename it to initrd.binthanks for your answer.
updater.sh is 'crypted' because sharp decided to use it like that.

If you are good at following instructions, and you have a decent sized SD card (128+) I suggest trying the Hentges images of openzaurus with cardfs. It's a good shortcut to a fully working system with minimal effort. The cardfs script will install a lot of apps you will want at the time of flashing. The latest release candidate includes konqueror, a few cool games, and things like opie-ftp. It is the same Openzaurus release as you will find in the OZ feed, but the cardfs script gives you a running start when installing applications.
