Hi all - I'm trying to get rid of my English US Keyboard Cosmo Communicator. I pre-ordered it over a year ago, and when I needed to cancel the order to deal with financial hardship from COVID 19, the company repeatedly ignored me and ultimately refused completely to give me a refund and not send me the device.
