For Sale / Wanted / Gemini PDA for sale

Planet Computers Gemini PDA WiFi only

(UK only listing with photos on flea bay… see below after text)

Reluctant sale of my excellent little palmtop computer, owned from new, which deserves someone who will use it more.

This has been hardly used and still works flawlessly. Everything works fine, battery still holds usable charge and the unit is in very good condition.
Comes with the original box, original pump express UK mains charger and USB 2 to C cable.
It has been reset to factory settings.

Chances are if you are looking at this, you have a clue as to what it is.

This is a truly brilliant little award winning device from 2018, very useable as the ultimate balance of portability and staying in touch. It did everything I needed, including ability to edit Office documents, use email and surf the net. Essentially it was an updated version of the venerable Psion 5 from the 90s but with a colour screen, rechargeable battery, connectivity via USB and wireless and bluetooth and even GPS, and a camera (above the screen for video calls). It runs Google software well and apps made for Android. It has small stereo speakers, headphone jack and takes a microSD card, and streaming is possible. (I used YouTubeMusic and AmazonMusic).
All in all, a very clever little device which remains quite unique in a world of smartphones. It is possible to even set it up to multi boot Android and Debian or Kali Linux. It's a palmtop, pocketable  keyboarded marvel!
It has seen minimal use and has just been sitting in a drawer over the past year so deserves to be moved on to someone who can enjoy it.

It will come protected in its original box and sent signed for by special delivery.

It’s up on:

Hey Varti. Have you tried the text editor that comes in the amazing file explorer Mixplorer: https://labs.xda-developers.com/store/app/com.mixplorer? The file explorer itself is awesome - but it also has an embedded text editor that is really good! I was using Jota before that, but I uninstalled it and now just use the one that comes with Mixplorer. And yes, it supports Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C, Ctrl-X and Ctrl-V :)

Hey! What an awesome bit of software!  I did not know about it. But it has got to be one of the best things I've seen - thanks.

I wanted something like you ate describing and have settled on Joplin.

Not perfect but not far off - being an Evernote replacement, and able to backup to my dropbox, its advantages outweigh its shortcomings for me.
