Cosmo Communicator - Hardware / Google assistant on closed cosmo

Hi all,

I have problem with Google assistant on my cosmo.
I can't use it when communicator is cloased. No response for "ok google", no response to my motorcycle BT intercom assistant button. It work on lock screan but it's not a perfect solution to have open cosmo on moto

Any ideas?
