I'm also from Montreal and I have SL-3100 which I bought when I visited Japan.

Hi. I'm from Montreal, and I have been eyeing this machine for a few weeks wondering if I should buy it. So how do you like it? What are the good the bad and the ugly?

How is the battery life? Is it rugged? If you know nothing about Linux will it be really hard to use? How do you like the keyboard?
